How do you ship? How much is the Shipping charges?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. We send the products in their original company sealed Tubs we don't send them loose. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the shipping and handling charges). Shipments are made from various shipping points. Shipping for USA :- will be charged 25 USD Minimum ( 1 to 3 products ) More then 3 products 35 USD will be charged ( max 4 to 6 Vials or 4 to 6 small Tubs (containers) will be send in 1 shipping, Large Tubs like Anabol 5mg, Androlic, Danabol will be 2 in 1 shipping Shipping to UK, Europe, South Africa & other countries :- will be 40 USD Minimum ( less then 2 products ) More then 2 products 40 USD will be charged ( max 4 to 5 Vials or 4 to 6 small Tubs (containers) will be send in 1 shipping, Large Tubs like Anabol 5mg, Androlic, Anabol will be 2 in 1 shipping. Sorry we didn't ship to Australia, Italy or Venezuela.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Since the order process is entirely automated, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 14 days). However, to cancel the order before 14 days you can also send us an email from your registered email address or login in your account and send a message via contact us page. NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet.It takes max 20 working days for the package to reach your door steps.Once the funds are received the package is dispatched the very same day and we issue the tracking no after 2 to 3 days of the dispatch, the tracking no starts reflecting after 2 days of issuing.

We have no limits to how much you can order. However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity.

How long does shipment process take?
Estimated time of delivery is dependent on the shipping method chosen by you. Normally,for a Shipment is max. 20 business days.You will also be provided with a tracking number (as per your shipping method) for your convenience. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes we do ship to PO Boxes only by normal postal service.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is large enough not to fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and packaging is used as with a small sized order.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Why do my tablets sometimes look different
Different companies produce medicines, which may vary in appearance and/or taste, but contain the same active ingredient. All are equally effective. Always ask your Pharmacist if you are concerned.

Why has the name of my medication changed
Each active ingredient has a standard (generic) name, it is also given an individual trade name by each company that makes it. Eg Salbutamol inhaler may be called Ventolin, Salbulin or Salamol. Just as a vacuum cleaner may be called Hoover, Dyson or Electrolux.

Do I have to be at home when my order arrives
